Committees

As much work is contributed off site as is on site building each home.  It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to raise funds and awareness. We are always in need of help.  Please let us know if you would like to become involved with any aspect of what we do.   Call us at 802-367-1000 with questions.

Homeowner Association - Jennifer Lane  The HOA is legally responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and administration of the Common Areas and Facilities, easements and affairs of the Jennifer Lane Homeowners Association in accordance with the Planned Community Documents and laws of the State of Vermont.  Beyond the legal responsibility it is the Declarant’s (BAHfH’s) intent that the HOA will make decisions that will reach out to Jennifer Lane residents who are not a part of the HOA to include them in neighborhood events and activities and will be mindful of their needs so as to facilitate a positive spirit of cooperation and good feeling amongst all the neighbors.  All homeowners on lots purchased from Habitat on Jennifer Lane in Manchester are members of the HOA and receive one vote per household.
